Our Opportunity We are looking for a team player who can take a lead role in supporting our lawn care team with support from experienced management while also driving effective communication, leadership, and commitment to our mission. Someone who is goal-oriented, open-minded, competitive, outgoing, patient, detail-oriented, and enjoys seeing the growth in others. This job will include learning the skills and performing duties associated with our lawn care services as well as proper plant health. You would be responsible for providing our valued customers with various services, like fertilizing, weed control, aeration, and overseeding while providing excellent customer service. This role would also include working within our Snow Operations Team during the winter months. Help us make an impact in our community!
