We offer top dressing as a service on its own, with overseeding, or as an add-on to one of our programs. Done with our overseeding service (and the optional aeration) it makes for an ideal environment for a healthy new lawn to take hold: seeds are surrounded by rich compost and the aerated soil allows for better germination and deeper roots.
